I loved the fact that upon arrival the reception handled us very fast. We had a baby with us and the room with King-size bed was not ready so we were offered a room with 2 beds. After reviewing and coming to conclusion that its too small for us, we were still able to get the King-size bedroom. Reception was very professional. Antigen test was immediately organized for our departure, the bellboys were very helpful guiding the way when we asked for the correct direction outside hotel, also upon departure luggage was picked up superfast and car was already waiting for us to bring us to the airport. Furthermore it was extremely helpful that we could use the business centre. The breakfast was outstanding and also we checked both of the restaurants, very good quality and service.

The food choices and quality were excellent. Room service was wonderful, the staff was always friendly and helpful. Pascual was great attending and answering my questions. And the two women front check in employees were great I believe one is name Misleyis not sure sorry, but both were very accommodating.

Breakfast was awesome. An impressive buffet. The pool is very nice for a downtown hotel. The complimentar hors dóeuvres during happy hour were nice too. The suite was very spacious.
